Cameroon complete Malaria and Media course

On Friday 30, September 27, 2005, media professionals from all over Cameroon were presented with certificates for completing the Malaria and Media in-country course.

As part of the course, earlier that day, the participants presented their programme and feature story ideas to a group of invited editors and programme managers. These group projects were the result of a 5 day workshop that included field trips to local hospitals and research centres. In addition, they heard presentations and interacted with invited guests from the Ministry of Health and health oriented NGO's including the Science Development Network, Impact Malaria, and Population Services International, and many others.
